There are currently some striking new revelations being seen in world affairs. They are right on track if you are one of the Y2K globalists who are hoping for the final acts of old world dissolution and new world fruition about the year 2000. This hope was voiced by President Bush and, more recently, President Clinton. While the new millennium raises great hopes for many of these globalists, these new and wonderful expectations are stated to come on the back of a major international collapse. This paves the way for new money and territorial organization.
International conspiracy theorists have been the laughing stock of the media and many government leaders for some time. When one mentions the possibility of such an occurrence, one is immediately placed in the category of the slightly mentally insane.
If one will look carefully at world events, however, one cannot but see a picture forming which is alarming and, as alarms go, it seems better to shut them off and go back to sleep. Who wants to get up? Small events add up to a big picture and that big picture is not flattering to one's personal prospects.
Scott Ritter quit the Iraqi inspection team. He was angry with the U.N. because they wouldn't force Iraq to do what he wanted. Madeline Albright quipped yesterday, Ritter doesn't have a clue about U.S. foreign policy. May this writer ask, then what is U.S. foreign policy? Would someone please stand up and tell us? Well, perhaps Ritter doesn't have a clue, but many Americans do. When the true force of the world situation is brought home to the consciousness, a rather startling picture forms.
History is coming around again. Early this century three major national and international events occurred to bring about the revolution of money. The money supplies were put into the hands of international bankers. People lost the freedom of true self-determination. The societal moral values were collapsed in what was called the Gay Nineties and the Roaring Twenties. International trust was broken in what was the first ever world war. Finally, the money system was collapsed in what was called the Great Depression. All of this brought about the first revolution in preparation for the final one now almost completely formed. The world is on course for its planned-for final collapse. Unlike the first collapse, which was designed to take over the world's money, this collapse is designed to take over what remains of the world's people.
The last transformation in the early part of this century necessitated the ruin of three societal foundational factors. History has repeated itself. The first factor this time around was a more complete dissolution of morals and the family as a foundation. This was brought about primarily since the 1960's. The radical elements which now govern the country were called the hippies in those days. Free love was their watchword. Hardly anyone noticed that they were not free since they were always fighting someone, and it wasn't love they had. It was immorality and degeneracy.
There are many who are offended at President Clinton's behavior in the White House. Some cannot imagine that he would do such a thing as have sex in the White House with women other than his wife. This great dismay is misplaced. The president is from the radical sixties movement. This scandal was not generated by a moral lapse. This is what he believes in. Many in government and out want the president to apologize. How can one apologize for something he believes in? The Lewinsky matter is the president's life. This is his standard of excellence. His regrets have more to do with it being made public and causing him trouble than having sinned against any moral law. His morals do not exclude affairs whenever desired. This is the product of the moral revolution that began in earnest in the sixties and has not diminished to this day. This planned overthrow of the biblical moral standard was planned and has born fruit.
Without including 1 1/2 million abortions each year, according to the National Certified Health Statistics 32% of all children born in America are now born to unmarried parents. That is -- 1,267,383 babies were born without a stable family environment if that judgment is based on parental commitment. This statistic is staggering when one considers that represents nearly one-third of the national births. Webster's dictionary explains that the word "bastard" means anyone born of unmarried parents. One-third of American births are bastards. What was an unthinkable calamity for children one-hundred years ago is now normal. These birthing figures do not show the general immoral state of activity and the sexual lives of teens who do not have a birth involved.
Government programs and other approaches to the problem almost never consider that sex out of marriage is wrong. They only consider how to mitigate the results. This mitigation includes the varied forms of "safe sex", condom use and the adoption of children. Rarely is that "sin" word used. Today, the churches of the nation are not without fault in the matter either.
One of the most visible examples of modern religious culpability in this matter is the most prominent Southern Baptist Bill Clinton. Serious concerns have been expressed by Southern Baptists as to how a confessed practicing adulterer and liar can remain on the church books in good standing. On August 30th the Religious News Service (RNS) stated, "How can President Clinton claim to be a Southern Baptist and persist in this public display of serial sin? Only because the congregation which holds his membership has failed to exercise any semblance of church discipline. Southern Baptists will be watching the Immanuel Baptist Church in Little Rock to see if it musters the courage to make clear its own convictions."
While it seems laudable that grave concerns arise, the basic fact is that nothing is done about it. How can the Southern Baptist Church really do anything about it when they have been preaching for a generation that the law has been done away with? With the law done away, how then can there be sexual sins? The rooster has come home to roost. The Catholic priesthood has been charged many times with some convictions of having pedophiles in their number. Adultery seems embarrassing to even mention these days as a wrong act since so many people do it and some of those people are highly placed. It has been written that the wages of sin is death. The churches nod then change their definition of sin. There is only one biblical definition. "Sin is the transgression of the law." 1 John 3:4. But then again, if one admits to this, he will have to face that dreaded fourth commandment, "Remember the Sabbath Day". All biblical scholars recognize the Sabbath day as Saturday.
Kathleen Willey is one of the small host of women who charged the president with inappropriate conduct in sexual matters. Her family has undergone sore trials in regards to her husband and work in general. Kathleen's husband Ed was once a Clinton fund raiser. He died of a gunshot wound to the head in November of 1993. His body was found deep in the woods of Virginia. It was ruled a suicide even though there was no note found nor motive ever determined.
Jackie Judd of ABC World News Tonight reported June 17, 1998:
In the weeks before Kathleen Willey was to testify that President Clinton had made an unwanted sexual advance, she says that someone was trying to scare her. The tires on her car were mysteriously punctured with dozens of nails, the cat that she had for many years suddenly disappeared. Then, just days before she testified in the Paula Jones lawsuit, in early January, Willey was out jogging near her home. And, according to sources familiar with her account, a stranger approached her.
The sources say Willey claims even though she had never met him before, the man knew what had happened at her home, that he asked her if the car tires had been fixed, if the cat had been found, he asked about her children, by name. The man then allegedly asked Willey, 'Don't you get the message?' And jogged off.
...The sources say investigators have since confirmed the damage to her car, which was repaired at this tire store outside Richmond. And they confirmed the cat's disappearance. The sources also say investigators have not been able to establish the identity of the stranger or if the jogging incident occurred as Willey, the sole witness, alleges.
This kind of report smacks of mob rule. When true moral values are discarded, one can only say, "the end justifies the means." For the mob, the end that is justified is simply anything which is contrived for their own profit. The mob these days are the new globalists who are confirming the ruination of all our old foundations which are then replaced by new foundations of sand.
Up to this time the new world crowd have been successful. The false concern of the moral hand-ringers over these matters is exposed when one looks at the sex promotion and high crime on every form of public expression. Virtually all modern movies include some form of sexual perversion. A great host of television commercials involve some kind of romance, often immoral. How can a young person be exposed to sex education at school, sex on the weekly movie, and sex on the nightly commercials and be expected to remain chaste and virtuous until he or she marries someday?
But then again, this is the plan. The first and most successful act has been to ruin the morals and in this way break society's back.
The second plan of attack in overthrowing the current order is to destroy international confidence and trust. This was most recently revealed in the act of international terrorism displayed by the U.S. war machine. The crisis is revealed in the wanton expression of irrational behavior now expressed by the most powerful of financial and war-making powers.
Tuesday evening of this week ABC reported that the U.S. might be backpedaling in regards to the evidence it has gathered for the justification in the bombing of Al-Shifa pharmaceutical plant located in northeast Khartoum in Sudan. It now appears serious mistakes were made and too few administration officials were involved in the decision regarding the attack. The scenario might sound something like this. The pharmaceutical plant had a janitor who was the brother of a man who knew the sister of the shoeshine boy who had been given a tip by the world famous terrorist Osama bin Laden. Therefore, the plant which manufactured more than 50% of the country's pharmaceuticals had to be annihilated.
This week's U.S. News (9/7/98) made some serious observations and raised equally serious questions.
At the time the missiles were launched, FBI investigators were still debriefing a key witness and had insufficient evidence to lodge criminal charges.
But in abandoning the traditional U.S. practice of letting the cops investigate before policy makers mete out reprisal, the president not only opened himself to criticism from some allies and from across the Islamic world, but he also raised questions about whether America's counter terrorism policy has changed and, if so, why?
The way the mission was planned and carried out was highly unusual.
The Pentagon has still not provided information about the effects of the strikes and other key operational details. The information vacuum has been filled by questions about the selection of targets and the strategy for going after the terrorists. "The logic of what they said has never made sense," says Sam Gardiner, a retired Air Force colonel and National War College professor who now is a defense consultant. "We had warning of an immediate strike, and so we struck a training camp? Buildings were destroyed? Buildings don't do bad things."
That's precisely what Sudan says about the pharmaceutical plant struck by the U.S. missiles, and indeed, there are growing doubts now about its selection as a target. Originally, a senior intelligence official told reporters that "we . . . have no evidence, have seen no products, commercial products, that are sold out of this facility." Now intelligence sources acknowledge that such products--medicines and veterinary products--were made there.
U.S. officials have also changed their tune on the question of who's behind the alleged poison-gas plant. First, they fingered bin Laden, saying he had provided financing for the facility. Now they say Saddam Hussein was using the plant to produce his own poison gas.
Either way, the confusion raises questions about why the plant was bombed as an urgent matter of "self-defense," in the words of Gen. Henry Shelton, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Targeting the training camps in Afghanistan raises other questions. No one disputes that the camps have been used by bin Laden's terrorists. But U.S. officials said they attacked the camps when they did because they had intelligence indicating there would be a meeting of key bin Laden lieutenants on that day--even though bin Laden was more than 200 miles away at the time, according to several U.S. officials. In any case, U.S. officials now say there is no evidence that any such meeting occurred that day. And available intelligence now indicates that most of the people killed in Afghanistan were Pakistani recruits training to fight in Kashmir, not bin Laden terrorists.
A final oddity: As the president was deciding whether to attack the facilities in Sudan and Afghanistan, there was no classified briefing in the Pentagon "tank" with the heads of the four military services and the chairman and vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
Sudan is requesting a full evaluation and inspection of the plant by the U.N. Both the U.N. and the U.S. are resisting an inspection. The hypocrisy of the U.S. policy in regards to the inspection of Saddam's bathrooms for weapons of mass destruction is evident. U.S. policy makers may know very well that investigating Sudan would turn up nothing but their own dirty underwear.
We will not ever hear an apology from the administration that they had killed innocent people in this game of terrorism. Instead, we will continue to hear a quasi-justification for the affair. This is all on the surface, but there is more beneath.
As reported in an earlier WINDS article in regards to Sudanese sanctions:
Sudanese products may not be exported to the U.S. All financial transactions between the U.S. and Sudanese persons and entities are prohibited. Aircraft owned by U.S. persons and entities cannot land in Sudan and air service agreements are canceled. Investment in Sudan is prohibited and so is the export of computers and related technology. Sudan's assets in the United States will remain frozen. The State Department is directed to pressure other countries to honor U.S. embargoes. All persons violating these sanctions are subject to the penalties set forth in the Trading with the Enemy Act.
In essence, the ORPM Director will have unrestricted authority to shut down all trade, air traffic, loans and financial transactions beginning with selectively targeted individuals to a complete embargo of designated countries.
From this we can see that the U.S. regards Sudan as a pariah state. When government officials contextualize the idea that Sudan is an enemy, policies of justice and law do not need to be followed. The breakdown of trust in which the U.S. seems free to use state terrorism will only escalate into a general breakdown of law everywhere. And yes, this is the plan. U.S. foreign policy is indeed becoming clear. An enemy must not be terminated. He must be used to agitate, agitate, agitate. The people must be ground down little by little.
A terrible apparition seems to appear here. The base motivations for policy might never be known, but some things are known.
The Associated Press reports Iraq is accusing the United Nations disarmament commission of spying for the United States and Israel. Iraq is demanding an investigation into the operations of the U.N. team. In a letter to Secretary-General Kofi Annan made public today, Iraq accused the U.N. Special Commission of taking its orders from the United States and coordinating with Israel -- two countries deeply at odds with Baghdad. "We call upon you, as well as the Security Council, to put an end to this charade which goes on under the cover of the United Nations and (Security) Council."
USA Today stated that suspicions were being raised by Sudan that a relief plane from a U.N.-linked group may have spied for the United States just before the American missile strike on a Sudanese factory. "Sudanese Foreign Minister Mustafa Osman Ismail told reporters in the Kenyan capital that Sudanese suspicions were aroused because a plane from Operation Lifeline Sudan had been cleared to land just prior to the Aug. 20 cruise missile attack, but instead circled the airport and then flew away. Its flight path took it very close to the targeted factory, he added. Sudan has long been critical of Operation Lifeline Sudan, accusing it repeatedly in the past of aiding the southern rebels."
While the accusation of spying is mocked by U.S. officials and the media uses the charge of spying as a pretext for making clowns out of those making the charge, they are not without foundation. Anyone who understands the nature of intelligence gathering knows very well those gathering intelligence are spies. Just so we don't forget the meaning of the word, Websters explains spy as: "A person employed by a government to obtain secret information or intelligence about another, usually hostile, country, esp. with reference to military or naval affairs." It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that that is precisely what the U.N. inspection teams do. They spy and they spy on purpose. That is their stated goal except they do not use the dreaded "S" word which would give their motivations away. All of this has contributed to the ruination of international trust and mutual respect. All things have been relegated to the classification of mob rule, albeit nice words and high moral standards are trumpeted.
Wars are not supposed to be fought by a handful of personal cronies in a dark, smokey den. But they seem to be these days. Most Americans approved of this attack after they heard about it on the evening news but, then again, most Americans know nothing. Most Americans eat, sleep, have sex and if they get that, they do not bother to turn on their gray matter.
Sudan was attacked by the U.S. war machine on the directions of one man in counsel with a very few others. One must consider if the motivations were only that Sudan was not playing by the new international rules so the U.S. president would arrange a little accident to help them come to attention. Does one not get the flavor of the mob's boardroom? While this may never be known, unless someone confesses it, the patterns are too well established to ignore. In the past decade some very serious accidents have occurred. Accidents that are not explained and may never be explained.
The president spoke at the Moscow State University Tuesday and said, "This is not an American agenda," said Clinton sternly. "These are the imperatives of the global marketplace. ... You have to play by the rules that everyone else plays by." Can we add here, "or else?"
What will happen if Russia does not play by the rules? Will an economic collapse be created for her? Will an unfortunate accident occur? One way an internationalist will bring a rogue state into line is to loan it a lot of money knowing full well they can never pay it back. Russia got 30 billion. When the crisis occurs, that same 30 billion debt is the leverage to bring the rule breakers into the game. Russia's 200 million citizens will become dutiful slaves to the brokers of power.
News reports around the world and in the U.S. are trumpeting that the U.S. national and international policies are failed. But this all depends on what one wants to see. When the goals are international overthrow, today's headlines are reason for rejoicing. Failed policies are part of the story the globalists tell. When one is totally exhausted with his own government, is it not time for a new and improved one?
The stock market has lost about 20% of its worth over the past month or so. While the stock market does not prove a whole lot, it does provide indicators. When one's morals are gone, when one's trust is gone and when one's money is based on speculation, you have nothing left that is secure. At will, great financial planners can skim off the savings of millions without a qualm. Buildings and land do not disappear when stocks plunge. Suppose I own a farm which produces corn. Everyone is investing thousands of my dollars in my corn farm. After a few years, through some artful manipulation, I convince everyone in some way or another that my corn farm has lost its value. All of the investors in terror sell their stock in my farm at ten cents on the dollar. I am obliged to buy up all that worthless stock. I then go off into the sunset with my farm and everyone else goes off with their ten cents. Not bad, if I do say so myself. Russia is an example of how money is manipulated to leave the laboring man with nothing. Soon America will follow.
The following statement is taken from the Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion. This statement is seen coming from the forces who truly rule and govern world policies.
The aristocracy, which enjoyed by law the labor of the workers, was interested in seeing that the workers were well fed, healthy, and strong. We are interested in just the opposite - in the diminution, the killing out of the nations. Our power is in the chronic shortness of food and physical weakness of the worker because by all that this implies he is made the slave of our will, and he will not find in his own authorities either strength or energy to set against our will. Hunger creates the right of capital to rule the worker more surely than it was given to the aristocracy by the legal authority of kings. By want and the envy and hatred which it engenders we shall move the mobs and with their hands we shall wipe out all those who hinder us on our way.
When the hour strikes for our sovereign [dictator] of all the world to be crowned it is these same hands which will sweep away everything that might be a hindrance thereto.
This hatred will be further magnified by the effects of an economic crisis, which will stop dealing on the exchanges and bring industry to a standstill. We shall create by all the secret subterranean methods open to us and with the aid of gold, which is all in our hands, a universal economic crisis whereby we shall throw upon the streets whole mobs of workers simultaneously in all the countries of Europe. These mobs will rush delightedly to shed the blood of those whom, in the simplicity of their ignorance, they have envied from their cradles, and whose property they will then be able to loot. Ours they will not touch, because the moment of attack will be known to us and we will take measures to protect our own.
While diminution of our morals, trust and money has virtually placed all men under the power of the globalists and a merciless state, we will see history repeat itself in the final set-up and diminishment of the nations. We should see that this is happening now.
It is too early to say whether this current financial upheaval is the grand financial collapse which is foretold in the document quoted. We have seen many such financial upheavals. There is something we should consider in all of this in any event. The world is abuzz in crisis. Things are not as perfect as our president would have us believe. But then again, our president is not known for his particular honest traits of character.
ABC news reported September 2nd in an article by Terence Nelan:
While President Clinton lectures Russia on the benefits of the free market, Boris Yeltsin is readying his troops. The Russian president fears massive unrest as his economy crumbles and the politicians battle for control.
Two elite army divisions--Taman (the Kremlin Guards) and Kantemirovskaya--and the Tyepli Stan brigade have been ordered to prepare themselves for immediate action, reports Stephen Blank, a Russia expert at the Strategic Studies Institute at the Carlisle Barracks, Pa.-based Army War College.
The units, meanwhile, are increasing their guard on ammunition, food and fuel supplies and calling reliable officers in from vacations. Yeltsin has also ordered Minister of the Interior Sergei Stepashin to mobilize the Interior Ministry's elite Derzhinski division and prepare for joint operations with the army to cope with civil disturbances.
But even widespread riots might be mild compared to the threats that could loom: The Kremlin is neglecting vital policy decisions:
"On all the major issues--Kosovo, arms control, energy in the Transcaspian or Caucasus--decisions are suspended," reports Blank. "Russia is behaving with the utmost unpredictability. It is very unsettling for governments when no one in Moscow can make effective commitments."
Soon, a shortage of funds will begin to further hurt an already strapped military and security apparatus, one that --among other things--protects 22,000 nuclear warheads. These could, if Russians who control them become desperate, fall into the wrong hands. "Nuclear safety is all about money," says Susan Eisenhower, chairwoman of the Center for Political and Strategic Studies. "It takes money to run a customs operation, it takes money to guard these facilities. One can only imagine that after this crisis, the situation could get worse."
Opposing forces could work to split the military. "The armed forces have not been paid and are in a terrible state," says Blank. "Yeltsin has attempted to involve them in political games. What you have now is a divided, corrupt military and an absence of effective democratic control over the armed forces." There is a real possibility, Blank believes, that a regional governor might assert his authority over a military unit, and break the chain of command. That might be the precursor to a civil war, easy to start, but hard to control.
...Some experts say blunders by the United States make it even harder for it to influence Russia. "Our ability to work effectively with the Russians has been dramatically diminished since the expansion of NATO," says Eisenhower. "Russians feel very deeply that the West is mistreating them." With that lingering resentment, chaos in the economy, the parliament, and the army persisting, things in Russia could go very bad.
Ambrose Evans-Pritchard has made some startling observations as well this week. If his observations are close to accurate, there is big trouble ahead.
At the end of September, Judge Kenneth Starr is expected to deliver a report to Congress that outlines a pattern of criminal conduct...
The summit of these two debauched addicts [Clinton and Yeltsin] in Moscow ...is a fitting metaphor for the state of the world. The summer of 1998 has brought forth the most alarming conjunction of economic and geopolitical forces since the Great Depression and the Second World War. Nobody is in charge of the system, and it shows.
You only have to look at the collapse of US policy in the Middle East to see how dangerous this has become.
This cannot be disguised by firing Tomahawk missiles at an unguarded aspirin factory in the Sudan. The strike was evidently ordered without the knowledge or support of the director of the FBI, Louis Freeh, who was caught off-guard on a trip to investigate the embassy bombing in Nairobi.
We are seeing a wild, erratic, flailing superpower, led by a president who exhibits symptoms of severe instability. ...
... The markets have made a shocking discovery: there is no longer a lender of last resort in the global financial system. The IMF has run out of money, and the US no longer has a fully functioning government that can take the lead. Hence the panic. Events in Russia have led to regional contagion, of course: Ukraine, Poland, Hungary; Bulgaria is looking a little bruised. But there is also the demonstration effect as investors flee risk everywhere. Venezuela has gone belly-up. Like Russia earlier this summer, Brazil is finding it hard to finance its budget deficit. The Sao Paolo stock exchange has fallen 38 per cent in the last month.
The depression is spreading. About 40 per cent of the global economy is now in severe distress. It is even touching countries that we consider part of the gentlemen's club.
What can the West do? Not much. The poison is already in the system. We just have to batten down the hatches and wait for the deflation to roll through.
The US savings rate is down to zero for the first time since records began, which means that tens of millions of Americans are living beyond their means, consuming the paper profits of their investments. When the music stops, the "wealth effect" will go into reverse. A falling stock market will feed on itself as the newly rich find that they are not so rich after all.
The indicators are flashing red lights. The US trade deficit is heading towards $300 billion a year. Cheap goods from the rest of the devalued world are chipping away at the profit margins of US companies. Economic growth has suddenly fallen from an annual rate of 5.5 in the first quarter of this year to 1.6 in the second quarter. In July, factory wages fell 0.5 per cent; farmers' income fell 5.5 per cent.
The benign deflation of the last year has metastasized. It is now malignant, and shows signs of virulence.
The vision of the globalist empire would seem to be experiencing euphoric ecstasy right about now. The plans of the dark forces are nearly complete. The demons of darkness are giggling with delight. Little do they realize the terror to come will bring them down in it as well. The hopes and dreams of the new society and those who planned for this ruination of culture will themselves fall with the culture they brought down. They thought they would escape, but they will not. So who is running the world? This may not be fully known, but we can know who is destroying it. The collapse of the foundation has occurred. Now we may see the flood. In any event, these portents we have observed are not accidental. Our world society has been corrupted systematically for over the past one-hundred years. Men sleep on, but it is now time to awaken. Perhaps the conspiracy theorists and all of the prognosticators of doom will have the final word.
"The sound of harpers and minstrels, of flute players and trumpeters, shall be heard in thee no more; and a craftsman of any craft shall be found in thee no more; and the sound of the millstone shall be heard in thee no more; and the light of a lamp shall shine in thee no more; and the voice of bridegroom and bride shall be heard in thee no more; for thy merchants were the great men of the earth, and all nations were deceived by thy sorcery." (Revelation 18:22-23, RSV)
