Judge George Greer: Ruler of the Kangaroo Court set on killing Terri Schiavo. Impartial? Not in the least! Worked side by side as county commissioner with Barbara Sheen Todd (county commissioner) for eight YEARS. Barbara Sheen Todd is on the board of the hospice. Also, Judge Greer's fellow judge, Judge John Lenderman is the brother of Martha Lenderman (also on the hospice board! See the Hospice Board members! Greer accepted as the basis of his rulings, the questionable testimony of Michael Schiavo (and his family) that Terri would wish to be killed, yet Michael never stated that before he got about a Million Dollars to care for Terri forever. Judge George W. Greer presides over Florida's Sixth Judicial Circuit Court. He is known internationally for the Terri Schindler Schiavo guardianship case. Pat Anderson, former attorney for the Schindlers, characterized Judge Greer's unprecedented rulings as "The Rule of Terri's Case."

The Clearwater Bar Association is delighted with Judge Greer's performance in this particular case. They presented the John U. Bird award to the Pinellas-Pasco Circuit judge on May 15, 2004. This prestigious award, which is the Clearwater bar's highest honor for a judge, was granted to Judge Greer for the way he has handled himself while overseeing the Terri Schiavo case!

Robert Dickinson III, the outgoing president of the Clearwater Bar Association, cited Judge Greer's handling of the Terri Schiavo case in terms of "passing the test":

I find these words rather ominous when I reflect on "the test" Judge Greer has been passing—all these years. Judge Greer's consistent practice of upholding Scientology doctrines over and above Florida law is being lauded by the Clearwater Bar Association! The "test" Robert Dickenson III is alluding to is the "test case." The euthanasia test case.

Greer is "passing the test" with flying colors because he is permitting Michael Schiavo to abuse, exploit and neglect his disabled wife in defiance of the Florida statues. And the Clearwater Bar Association cheers.

Scientology attorney Wally Pope—who represented his "church" in the Lisa McPherson case—was the individual selected to bestow this high honor on Judge Greer! Wally cited high ideals, personal character, and judicial competence:

The "judicial competence" that Judge Greer has exhibited in his handling of the Terri Schiavo case is clearly the kind that ignores evidence and even Florida statutes in order to uphold Scientology doctrine—which requires the deletion of "social contagions" (the disabled) from society. It is no coincidence that a Scientology attorney—who was a lead attorney in the Lisa McPherson case—personally bestowed this award to Judge Greer. Greer's decisions to consistently rule in favor of terminating a disabled person do reflect high ideals—in the sight of Scientology.

One of Scientology's major goals is to change society's views about death, dying, and those L. Ron Hubbard considered to be "past the half-way point": the disabled.

Scientologists believe (1) that a disabled person is in such a state due to his or her own failings, (2) the disabled person will deliberately move in the direction of death, and (3) disabled people (Individuals who score low on the emotional tone scale) will also bring death to those around them. (See L. Ron Hubbard's book, Self Analysis, chapter 4)

Scientology teaches that if a person is disabled it is his or her fault. Terri has been falsely represented as being disabled due to self-induced vomiting which supposedly caused a potassium imbalance that resulted in a cardiac arrest. Medical records have disproved these claims, but these "facts" were presented in the court record and are still being promulgated via the media today. The truth is that Terri suffered serious injuries, (including a head and neck injury and numerous broken bones). An exceptionally competent neurologist testified (that Michael Schiavo's attorneys predictably attempted to discredit) stated that Terri's injuries are consistent with strangulation:

The only person in the apartment with Terri at the time of her collapse was her husband, Michael Schiavo.

Scientology teaches that a disabled person will move in the direction of death. Terri has been illegally denied therapy for over ten years for the purpose of causing her abilities and health to deteriorate. She has also been placed in hospice facilities—and denied any stimulation— rather than in a nursing home. This was done to create the illusion that Terri is moving in the direction of death. According to L. Ron Hubbard's doctrines, a disabled person wants to die. Michael Schiavo never misses an opportunity to state that death is "Terri's wish." This is not true. Terri wants to live so much that she exerts tremendous effort to demonstrate her abilities.

Scientology teaches that disabled persons (Individuals who score low on the tone scale) will also bring death to those around them. Michael is so worried that Terri will bring "death" to him (accusations of attempted murder?) that he refuses to allow her to have speech therapy—or any therapy. Of course Michael's power to keep Terri in a state of disability is contingent upon Judge Greer's continued collusion with the Scientology agenda, which is not in accordance with Florida laws.

It is probable that Scientology attorneys are on the board and/or are officers of the Clearwater Bar Association! Mike Faehner said:

It is becoming increasingly clear that the Clearwater Bar Association is on cozy terms with the "Church" of Scientology. They choose to have their monthly meetings at the Fort Harrison Hotel—Scientology headquarters. (See: Res Ipsa Loquitur) The Clearwater bar gladly endorses firms that litigate for Scientology. They even chose a Scientology attorney to present an award to Judge Greer for "passing the test" in the way he handled the Terri Schiavo case.

Wally Pope represented the "Church" of Scientology in the wrongful death suit filed by the Estate of Lisa McPherson. He fought to enable Scientology to completely get away with dehydrating Lisa McPherson to death. They did not succeed. They settled with the Lisa McPherson Trust!

Judge Greer's rulings have enabled Michael Schiavo (working on behalf of the Scientology agenda) to almost get away with dehydrating Terri Schiavo to death. The only reason this did not happen is because many Americans—once they saw the videos of Terri that Mr. Schindler bravely released to the media—made it known they would not stand for such evil in our society.

It is time to take a stand against this barbarism once again. Disabled citizens of the United States of America (including Terri Schindler Schiavo of Clearwater, Florida) must not be denied therapy and even life itself due to L. Ron Hubbard's disgust over the fact that a decent society takes care of its own:

May the Lord Jesus Christ be glorified as his people "hear his voice" concerning this matter and follow him.

For those of you who don't know, Clearwater, FL is now the headquarters of Scientology.

Clearwater is about 12 miles from the Pinellas County Hospice where Terri Schiavo was starved to death.

There has been evidence that many of the people who were involved in killing Terri, were either Scientologists or had many favors done for them by Scientologists.

This video was made by the Lisa McPherson Trust. Who was Lisa McPherson?

On December 5, 1995, Lisa McPherson was dead on arrival at a hospital 45 minutes north of Clearwater Florida. According to the coroner's report, Lisa was underweight, severely dehydrated, and had bruises and bug bites (see the entire report here).

Lisa's last address was listed by the police as 210 S. Ft. Harrison in Clearwater Florida, which is the Fort Harrison Hotel, a Scientology property. Lisa had been a Scientologist from the age of 18 to her death at age 36.

The family of Lisa McPherson sued Scientology and individuals involved for wrongful death, while Scientology claimed it did nothing wrong toward Lisa (Civil Case settled 5/28/04). Scientology had a web page (removed or moved) that smeared Lisa's aunt and attorney.

On November 13, 1998, Scientology was indicted on 2 felony charges in Lisa's death. On December 6, 1999, prosecutor Bernie McCabe presented a response to Scientology's attempt to get the case dismissed (note: 250k).

On June 12, 2000 the criminal charges were dropped against Scientology because (so the prosecutor claims) the medical examiner could not be counted on to confidently testify, even though the criminal charges were abuse of a disabled person and practicing medicine without a license.

Some believe that the scientologists send expert programmers out to brainwash the police while they are working.

One last thing, many people believe that Lisa McPherson and Terri Schiavo were killed in exactly the same way.

You wonder why the Governor looked so impotent during the 13 day murder of Terri? You can only wonder what incriminating information the Scientologists have on him! The video explains some of the tactics they use on people.

Also look at the faces of the Scientologists in the video. I have always been told they have a blank stare. Look especially for the man who keeps putting his face on the camera lens. When the cameraman repeats what a scientology programmer had recently told the man, the man looks confused and acts as if he doesn't know what to do. Scientology Doctrine: Michael Schiavo Removed Terri From Society

The articles I have written in reference to Scientology and Terri Schindler Schiavo: The Death Connection are not written for the purpose of proving that Michael Schiavo is a member of the "Church" of Scientology. That is unnecessary. His actions reveal his mentality which in turn betray his affiliations. My purpose is to point out that the way he has treated his disabled, wife, Terri and her beloved family�for years�specifically conforms to Scientology doctrines. Also, the fact that certain Pinellas County Court judges (notably Judge Greer) have disregarded the Florida statues and ruled repeatedly in the way that would benefit Scientology's specific agenda is clearly evident.

Michael Schiavo's determination to isolate his disabled wife from the world�and her family as much as possible� has perplexed and distressed most Americans because it is unnatural and cruel. It is not, however, out of the ordinary or improper in the sight of Scientologists, who follow the teachings of the founder�the late L. Ron Hubbard.

L. Ron Hubbard taught that disabled people [individuals below 2.0 on the emotional tone scale] should not be allowed to mix with society. His teachings, (which he borrowed from many sources, including Nazi ideology) contain a doctrine about the deletion of people who are deemed "unworthy."

Scientology uses it [the tone scale] to judge. If an individual, group or country is low on the Emotional Tone Scale it is NOT WORTHY OF CONSIDERATION.

This is very close to the type of philosophy which can regard people as "not quite human". Taken to extremes it can justify any action against another who is regarded as unworthy of rights.

According to Hubbard, human beings who rank lower than 2.0 on the emotional tone scale should be either processed enough [audited] or quarantined from society!

Hubbard's rationale for teaching his followers to reject the disabled is as follows:

Hubbard's directive to treat an "insane person" [2.0 and lower on the tone scale] as a social contagion is a plausible explanation for the shameful abuse of Terri Schindler Schiavo and the denial of her rights as a citizen of the United States as well as the denial of protections afforded her in The Americans with Disabilities Act. Terri has been confined to a single hospice room for four years and unlawfully denied any form of therapy for over ten years!

Florida law, which mandates rehabilitation, is at odds with Scientology. At this time, Scientology doctrine, which requires that Terri Schiavo be isolated from society, is being upheld in the Clearwater courts.

L. Ron Hubbard: No Civil Rights For the Disabled

Scientology "Scripture" [the writings and recorded spoken words of L. Ron Hubbard] states that people who are low on the Scientology emotional tone scale (these include cognitively and physically disabled people like Terri) should not have any civil rights of any kind!

In any event, any person from 2.0 down on the tone scale should not have, in any thinking society, any civil rights of any kind...

Review

According to Hubbard, "It is not necessary to produce a world of clears in order to have a reasonable and worthwhile social order." How does Scientology achieve the goal of a reasonable and worthwhile social order? In other words, how does Scientology intend to bring about the societal changes necessary to usher in the New World Order?

Answer:

"...delete those individuals who range from 2.0 down..."

How do they go about the process of "deleting" individuals who are low on the Scientology tone scale?

A prime example of Michael Schiavo's application of Scientology doctrine is his decision to place Terri Schindler Schiavo in solitary confinement. He appears to be making an effort to cause Terri to lose the will to live and thus be permanently quarantined from society!
