The Adams County Patriot's League is a small newsletter of national
distribution, dedicated to exposing the Communist/Socialist/Globalist
attack upon our Constitutional Republic. Distribution Diskettes of The Adams County Patriot's League are available. From the diskettes, all 64+ issues can be read, printed out and distributed. The idea that we might have any kind of a democracy is a highly polished piece of communist propaganda. We have a Constitutional Republic. Our Founding Fathers rejected the concept of democracy and chose Constitutional Republic.
The word democracy is not found in any part of our constitution.
Here is the first article you requested: Twenty Years Ago Last Month, Our Nations Police Forces Paraded In Lock-Step To The Communist/Socialist/Globalist March For `Children's Rights' (More Police Powers Over "We, The People" Through More Police Control Over Our Children). January 11, 1981, was the beginning of the end for Parental Rights in America.
In a typical Communist mobilization of the news media and
Socialist associated Police personnel, what would have been an
ordinary bludgeoning death of a child; an ordinary brutal murder
of a child, was transformed into a national feeding frenzy in
favor of more police controls on parents and their children.
Globalist oriented child advocacy agencies joined the fray
and assisted the police forces in "making law".
When the police make the law which they then enforce, we
have something known as a "Police State". The Communist/Socialist/Globalist march to emulate by law portions of the United Nations Convention On The Rights Of The Child had its beginnings in Quincy, Illinois through the wrongful
social agitation of the Quincy Police Department, which spread like a plague throughout the entire United States. Nearly every State in America has passed legislation as a result, identical to, or resembling, the (MRAI Law) or the Minor Requiring Authoritative Intervention Law, which allows any child to "Run Away From Home with the assistance of the `Law Enforcement, `Child Advocacy Agencies' and the `Courts'.
As a result of the brutal murder of young David Madden, and
the ensuing mass hysteria of law enforcement throughout the
nation, current child protection legislation was modified to
permit indiscriminate misinterpretation of originally good law,
and the Minor Requiring Authoritative Intervention law (MRAI)
was born.
This (MRAI) legislative monstrosity was fostered by coordinated, massive Police State pressure upon the Illinois Legislature and the Legislatures of other States.
We have in our midst an organization called Department of Children and Family Services; Dept. of Human Services, to use the New World Order Terminology. These people arrive at your door and present an identification card and tell you that they have received a complaint.
At this point, they will ask to see your children. If your children wish to harm you, a lie will do. You will be deprived of your children, arrested, required
to post bail or face jail until a court hearing can be held, be denied liberty, justice, and your children, unless you can prove your innocence.
There is also in place an inexcuseable situation where any child, even yours, can walk up to any police officer and say that he or she does not want to go home. The child will be taken into limited temporary custody and the parents will be
called. The parents will be told that their child has refused to go home.
If the child continues to refuse to go home, the parents will be asked to sign a paper authorizing the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) or (Human Services) to `give' the child a temporary foster home. When you say "No Way!", the agent for DCFS will tell you that if you continue to refuse to sign the paper, you will be taken before a judge, charged with child neglect, the child
will be made a ward of the court, and then the judge will sign the paper authorizing a foster home.
The child or children will be given a controlled foster home for 21 days where you will not be allowed to communicate with your child. The child will be given a hefty "Clothing Allowance" and "Spending Money". If, after the 21 days, the child still does not want to go home, the foster home is continued. This can result in the Court stealing from you your parental rights. My young son, Marcus Viar, was taken into bondage in 1993, in Quincy, Illinois, County of Adams, in the State of Illinois and "sold" into a foster home in Pike County, Illinois through the Seditious and unconstitutional MRAI law.
I accused the court of sedition with the MRAI law and asked that the law be declared unconstitutional and be set aside and my son returned to me. I handed the Judge, Judge Wooleyhan, a certified copy of the accusation during a court hearing on 93-J-192 and immediately after court, I filed, with the County Clerk, a certified copy of that accusation into 93-J-192. As a result of my continued protests to the court seeking the return of my son, Marcus Patrick Viar, the lawyers and judges of THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE EIGHTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT OF ILLINOIS, ADAMS COUNTY, have sealed the case file 93-J-192
and ordered it not to be opened by anything less than the Illinois Apellate Court.
State Agencies receive approximately one million dollars per child they "Capture and Control." That is a large incentive for Social Services Agencies to funnel more children into the maw of the Globalist machine.
