I'd like to ask ten little questions of you and my fellow Americans.
Why is the United States of America being destroyed from within by the very
officials we expect to protect her from destruction?
Why is our Constitution, the Law of our Land, being defiled by elected
officials who swore to uphold this same Constitution?
Why are no elected officials standing to defend the Constitution they swore
to protect from foreign enemies and domestic traitors?
Why are the Laws of our land flagrantly disobeyed by elected officials?
Why is our Bill of Rights trashed by elected officials at all levels of Gov.?
Why is the 2nd Amendment declaring our God given right to own and bear arms
being denied, suborned and infringed by elected officials sworn to protect and
defend all citizens rights?
Why are American citizens allowing elected officials to criminally harm
American citizens without demanding that this lawlessness be stopped?
Why is a supposedly free people allowing criminals disguised as Congressmen to
murder, rob, rule and disarm them?
Why are no decent, fearless, strong, assertive men and women standing on every
street corner and church and every highway and byway to loudly condemn the
corrupt, immoral, illegal practices of the present government?

Dear AFPN,the answer to your question is very simple. First of
all it is in
prophecy that a "great falling form God", our Heavenly Father, would come
first before the coming of Christ. So these things must come to pass, but
the end is not yet. If you think things are bad now, just hold on to
your, whatever, cause you ain't seen nothing yet!! Everytime a people that
are called by God's name forsake Him, pay, and pay dearly.But you, [AFPN],
can see these things so "count it all when you do see these things, cause
"your redemption draweth nigh" The only hope for Amerika is for her to
repent from the top down and that just ain't gonna happen. Can you see Bill
Clinton sincerely humbling himself before God and the nation and asking for
God and the Amerikan people to forgive him, I mean realy being contrite
brokenhearted for his on sin and the sins of his predecessors? I think not. He
is as proud and rebellious as the rest of us toward God and we are paying
the price rite now but it is gonna get much much worse, but count it all
joy if you are a true follower of Christ, but if you are not then just
realize that you are on your way to hell just like the rest of the
heathens. Great tribulation is fast approaching and it is nothing like this
earth has ever seen before nor will ever see again. To the "scoffers" you
laugh me off now but don't think for one nano second that you will escape
judgment! it is coming and nobody gets out of this world alive! We can't
wipe our noses and other parts of our anatomy on the pages of the Bible
and the only other "inspired" document know to man, the constitution, and get
away with it forever. We will be judged and we will pay very soon, count on it.

Well, I can tell you in just a few words what our problems are,
but to what avail? If the truth was posted ten times each day,
seven days per week, year in and year out, what purpose can
it serve? People must yearn to be free in order to be free. To
sit comfortably by, enjoying the facade of plenty furnished by
our enemies and complaining bitterly all of the time, is not con-
ducive effort in loosening the bonds which tie us down. Only
free souls yearn to be free in body, and until that spirit can break
through the wall of opposition created by false security of the
body will it awaken us to the dangers imposed upon it by its ene-
mies. We are a nation lulled to sleep by too much material-
ism and propaganda, and until we can opt the other course, that
of action, then we are wasting our time even discussing it. Free-
dom from tyranny is no different than freedom from alcoholism
or other addiction; it must be those victims who decide to rid
themselves of their tormentors, as no one else can do it for them.
It makes me ill to swallow the daily dose of garbage from the inter-
net, prompting the people to rise up, contact your representatives
for one purpose or other, and stop some evil bill that is awaiting
enactment in the congress. People, we have no representatives in
government, at whatever division; these are the stooges of our en-
emies; selected by them and brought to power by them, and for
their own purposes of agenda. They don't represent the people,
so why waste time "contacting" them. They have no more power
of persuasion with our enemies than any other individual. Sadly
to say, these "representatives" must be considered the cannon fod-
der of any uprising, if there is to be an uprising, of the people. Most
are as ignorant as ninety percent of the people, as to what is occur-
ring around the world, but holding the power by them is no different
than the soldier with a weapon; he must die, ignorant or not, be-
cause he holds the weapon of opposition to our freedom. As occurs
in any war, the enemy may be a brother or other relative holding the
reins of power, but he is still the enemy, and without destroying the
enemy utterly we will always be dominated by them, and they will,
and are, tightening the bonds around our feet daily.
We, as Americans, are sovereign unto ourselves as a birthright. It mat-
ters not than 99.9 percent of the population approves some "law" or
regulation that is intrusive of my domain as a sovereign, as my natural,
God given rights are unalienable, and there are no written or mutable
definitions for that word. It means, simply, that my rights cannot be
taken by any power other than He who gave them to me; they cannot
be given away, sold, traded, or otherwise discarded for any reason.
This is the absolute right of all Americans, and the only way we can
be relieved of this right is through the physical power which is greater
than that of the individual, or of the whole, or-- by the Almighty God
who gave this right. Thus, we have two options; we can destroy our
enemies, to the last individual, or we can place our faith and hope on
our God, pray in unison for Him to deliver us, and offer ourselves to
Him as battle axes to fulfill His delivery, as did the ancient Israelites.
Both options lead to one conclusion. We either fight or perish as men;
slaves are not men, but property. I am no man's property.

The answer to all your questions is that lawyers have managed to destroy
our system of checks and balances of power between the three branches of
governments.
The Executive Branch (Governors Office) belongs to some lawyer. The
Legislative Branch either consist of lawyers or falls under lawyers control
through legislative committees. And of course the Judicial Branch is
suppose to be lawyers.
Each time someone votes a lawyer into the Governors mansion or their
legislature a piece of the Constitution dies.

the U.S. Senate to go on record as favoring creation of a world republic including an

1946 -- Alger Hiss is elected President of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. Hiss holds this office until 1949. Early in 1950, he is convicted of perjury and sentenced to prison after a sensational trial and Congressional hearing in which Whittaker Chambers, a former senior editor of Time, testifies that Hiss was a member of his Communist Party cell.
1946 -- The Teacher and World Government by former editor of
the NEA
Journal (National Education Association) Joy Elmer Morgan is published.

teacher, and the organized profession."
1947 -- The
American Education Fellowship, formerly the Progressive

October, 1947 -- NEA Associate Secretary William Carr writes in the NEA Journal that teachers should:
strengthening of the United Nations and the

1948 -- Walden II
by behavioral psychologist B.F. Skinner proposes "a
perfect society or new and more perfect order"
in which children are reared by the State, rather than by their parents and are trained
from birth to demonstrate only desirable behavior and characteristics. Skinner's ideas

July, 1948 -- Britain's Sir Harold Butler, in the CFR's Foreign
Affairs,
sees "a New World Order"

February 9, 1950 -- The Senate Foreign Relations Subcommittee introduces Senate Concurrent Resolution 66 which begins:

1950 -- In
testimony before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee,
international financier James P Warburg said:

April 12, 1952 -- John Foster Dulles, later to become Secretary of State, says in a speech to the American Bar Association in Louisville, Kentucky, that "treaty laws can override the Constitution." He says treaties can take power away from Congress and give them to the President. They can take powers from the States and give them to the Federal Government or to some international body and they can cut across the rights given to the people by their constitutional Bill of Rights. A Senate amendment, proposed by GOP Senator John Bricker, would have provided that no treaty could supersede the Constitution, but it fails to pass by one vote.
1954 -- Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands establishes the Bilderbergers, international politicians and bankers who meet secretly on an annual basis.
1954 -- H. Rowan Gaither, Jr., President - Ford Foundation

Constitution and Parliament Association is founded

This email presents a recent picture of the New World Order. Presenting
such an entity as a network of concerned people has truth to it. The
historical accounts of authors on the premise of the New World Order were
discussing something which has existed since before the King and Queen of France were
executed as a result of their machinations.
The United States of America created a classless egalitarian society in an idealistic sense, which opposed the traditional old world with its oligarchy, its classes, its injustice, its tyranny and its slavery.
As our courts tear us apart as criminals and oligarchic interests pass laws to criminalize those who don't believe as they do, we see the New World Order emerging for the first time to the public, from behind its veil of secrecy.
To say that there are concerned individuals throughout our recent history who have dreamed of a new world order based on our egalitarian belief of mutual respect is to echo a certainty which no one may dispute.
To believe that the machinations of our time are the result of a network of these concerned people is to return to a time when people believed fluoride was good for your teeth and mercury fillings weren't poisoning you.
Seeing that even with a great foundation like the Constitution of the United States how easily the system may be corrupted, do we want to let go to of this? Do we want to believe that this concerned network of individuals is truly running the show (they may think they are) and is going to give us a new world order the protects our Constitutional Rights.
Let's look at the facts. The influence of the New World Order has been first to dismantle the Constitution, as can be seen by noting our political leaders and their agendas.
Do you think the new world order is here to bring you an egalitarian free society? If so, go get a lobotomy. It won't hurt.

As promised, here are responses and proposed solutions to questions posed in
"Why?"
Mr. King,
OK, I'm taking up the challenge you posed in "Why?". Please understand that
I'm not at all cynical about your question, nor do I disagree with the reply
I received today outlining your organization. This is an attempt to answer
your questions in my own words, as I see it, without parroting dogma or
doctrine. With that as a preface, allow me to explore each of your questions.
1. Why is the United States of America being destroyed from within by the
very officials we expect to protect her from destruction?
There are two possible answers to this question. One is that, as we've
heard, there is a Masonic plot to create a one-world super-government, and
enough members of Congress to give the idea support and sustenance, and that
there is little use in resisting because we have already been compromised and
continue to lose liberties. The second possibility is that, because we have
grown so large so quickly, our sense of true national pride has fallen, in
the past 30 years or so, to a kind of factionalism. Where we once recognized
ourselves as a proud and distinct people, we now want something for
ourselves, and those like us, however we perceive. It is the "me" generation
in its maturity. In the past decade, our long-time enemy has quit the
battlefield, and left us with only the sound of our own heartbeat and the
murmurings of tin horn dictators. We were aware of the tin horn dictators
before, but we found the sound of our own heartbeat to be surprising and
alien to what we thought it would be. So many interests surged to fill the
void. In this condition, many dropped out of participation, overwhelmed by
the cacophony. Only political enthusiasts and special interests and
well-meaning dilettantes participated with any depth. Otherwise, those who
saw themselves as conservatives followed that voting pattern, and those who
identified with more liberal ideas, voted along those lines. The problem
developed when, under present executive leadership, we failed to identify
what an American was, and thereby our leaders, to the present day, have no
light by which they are guided, no sense of direction.
Perhaps the most destructive phrase which emerged during the last
30
years is that, "there is no bad and there is no good...just different." It
has compromised our sense of responsibility to right and wrong and it had
robbed us of our unity.
Proposed solution: only by becoming interested in the actions of our
officials will we regain a feeling that we are one people. A very good and
practical idea would be a very public exposure of the voting record of each
of our elected officials, especially those in both halls of Congress,
presented in such a way that people might care to review it.
2. Why is our Constitution, the law of our land, being defiled by elected
officials who swore to uphold this same Constitution?
Building on the answer to the previous question, I believe that those
elected to office have little sense of the Constitution as a time-honored
document. They see it, perhaps, as a radio which can be tweaked for different
sounds. So often I hear the statement, "that was then and this is now,"
bandied about as an excuse for change. Concerning the Constitution, I get the
idea that there are people out there - elected people - who yearn for a "new
deal", but only know enough to tear down the old deal rather than know where
they want to go with the new one.
Proposed solution: a summit level debate on the interpretation of the
first and second amendments, featuring those who are known to be most vocal
(I would put forward Rush Limbaugh's name as one of those debaters)
3. Why are no elected officials standing to defend the Constitution they
swore to protect from foreign enemies and domestic traitors?
Because many elected officials are lawyers (or are advised by lawyers),
the rule elected officials follow is never to bring suit without clear and
admissible proof. In domestic affairs, I believe that elected officials feel
that "rocking the boat" with accusations against a traitor endangers the
welfare of the team which got that official elected. Accusing traitors is not
seen as a necessary step to govern one's district. If one is not re-elected
because one has created a scandal, it negates all the good that might have
been done had one just shut one's trap and gone about the day to day business
of creating and passing bills, which is what people think elected officials
are there for. Besides, what does a traitor look like? We haven't brought one
to justice since the Rosenberg's in the early 1950s, and those who lived
through the period, or at least studied it, know what was thought of the
Macarthy years.
Proposed solution: someone is going to have to go to the mat on this
one,
and in such a way that neither the public nor the media can ignore the
implication. One problem of this tactic is that justice grinds exceedingly
fine, but oh so slowly.
4. Why are the laws of the land flagrantly disobeyed by elected officials?
This one, unfortunately, is easy. The laws of the land are flagrantly
disobeyed by elected officials because the media, the one entity that could
bring such miscreants to public scrutiny, simply will not do it unless it
feels threatened. We can speculate ad nauseum as to why they won't do it, but
the fact remains that the press will only operate as a reactionary body, and
only in its own interest.
Proposed solution: lawsuits must be filed and voters must be informed
of
it. Elected officials must come to know that they will operate as a "lame
duck" if they are found to disobey the laws which they uphold. There need to
be more recalls of officials when they are found to be corrupt, while
carefully avoiding the use of this as a tactic to eliminate a political
rival. Politicians and political aspirants who make accusations against
others during elections must be given an opportunity in the media to prove
the accusations, but must also be made to verify those same accusations.
5. Why is our Bill of Rights trashed by elected officials at all levels of
government?
The Bill of Rights is, also, a Bill of Responsibilities. What has
happened to the Bill of Rights is that it has become far too convoluted by
commentary. Its language is plain and its meaning clear.
Proposed solution: we must, if the Bill of Rights is to remain a strong
document, scrap the commentary (and case law) and reaffirm the Bill of Right
in its pure state, while holding each and every word to be unassailable. I
believe that it could stand such a barnacle scraping and remain a central
document in affirming the rights of every citizen of the United States.
6. Why is the 2nd Amendment declaring our God-given right to own and bear
arms being denied, suborned and infringed by elected officials sworn to
protect and defend all citizen's rights?
Again, the media has an active hand in the actions of our elected
officials, and because the media is protected by the Bill of Rights, it
reports abuses of weapons with impunity. Elected officials who wish to be
elected must react to these reports, and the only response available to be
reported is one which supports a suppression of guns for the common citizen.
By viewing thousands of violent actions by fictional armed TV actors during
the course of any year, is it any wonder that gentle people of every stripe
would entertain the possibility of a world without guns?
Proposed solution: In this case, there is none. Those who misuse
weapons
are the enemy here, and unless there is a curbing of domestic gun violence,
those who would see a nation disarmed will have their day. The obvious
solution, if there is one, is to make sure those who have guns act
responsibly with them.
7. Why are American citizens allowing elected officials to criminally harm
American citizens without demanding that this lawlessness be stopped?
Alluding to Waco and Ruby Ridge, this question strikes at the root of a
paradox in our attitudes towards law enforcement personnel. On one hand, we
grew up with TV shows and instructional literature which tells us that "the
policeman is our friend." On the other hand, the policemen's business is very
nasty stuff and, like the making of sausage and laws, is not pretty in its
application. So what do we do when we see our friend the policeman engaged in
such complex engagements as the two cited above? Who gets the benefit of the
doubt here? Remember also...Janet Reno is not an elected official, nor were
the BATF agents who stormed Waco. We can find an elected official in this
mix, but the responsibility, in these cases was not wrought by an elected
official...at least not directly.
Proposed solution: In cases of abuses of justice, such as those cited
above, the system must respond to public pressure when an investigation is
called for. And there must be a louder call for investigation by and of
elected officials where they are found culpable or where they have the power
to correct the abuse.
8. Why is a supposedly free people allowing criminals disguised as
Congressmen to murder, rob, and disarm them?
This happens because people, by and large, are no more interested
in the
actions of Congress can be got by reading the morning newspaper. If it
doesn't touch them directly, they plead a fundamental ignorance to
Congressional (or even legislative) machinations. If you don't know the
facts, don't get into the fray. For the most part, we relegate the business
of governing to elected officials and leave involvement at our
representative's door.
Proposed solution: Congress in particular must be more in touch with
its
constituency. Likewise, the constituency must demand more prior knowledge in
governmental affairs. The idea that a Congressman can vote with impunity in
any manner he/she sees fit is absurd.
9. Why are no decent, fearless, strong, assertive men and women standing on
every street corner and church and every highway and byway to loudly condemn
the corrupt, illegal practice of the present government?
Britain has a tradition of street corner speakers, and they get scant
recognition from the passing public. In this country, the public avoids, and
has always avoided, street corner speakers as slightly quirky and not to be
encouraged. Then again, Dr. King, what corner or byway can you be found on?
And if you have, what was the reaction? Did it make you savor doing it again?
Proposed solution: Bag the street corner grass roots route. Vote. Vote.
Vote. Write. Write. Write. If you would have your ideas believed by many,
many must hear you. If you pass the word one by one, you'll run out of steam
long before you run out of message.

Mr. William King: Yep, I have those questions too. You probably know of
Larry Klayman's Judicial Watch, Lary Becraft, Joe Bannister, Devvy Kidd, Alan Gottlieb,
Bob Schultz and many other Patriots who are trying to defend our constitution. What
if someone could organize a single non-profit organization to combat just what you are
referring to. It would have a name such as "Constitutional
Defenders." 20 million members with an annual budget of $2 billion dollars, 100
or more first class lawyers who would be dedicated patriots. Every state and federal
law would be scrutinized, every act of the State Department, every executive order, every
effort of the UN. The organization would be sqeaky clean with regular certified
audits to its members and the public at large. It would be a citizen's watchdog
group with a record of excellence unmatched. Its sole purpose would be to defend the
constitution and the soverignty of our country. When any public official steps out
of line with the constitution, a lawsuit would be filed. Is this possible? Of
course it is. Is it necessary? Our country and liberty are at stake.
